The Role
As Business Development Manager, you'll lead growth across the UK, Ireland, and Nordics, targeting key segments like dental, veterinary, primary care, aged care, pharmacy, and more. Your mission: expand distributor partnerships, identify new revenue streams, and bring high-value healthcare solutions to under-served markets.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute commercial strategies for the adjacent healthcare market
* Build and manage strong distributor networks through structured plans and performance reviews
* Deliver sales and gross profit targets through strategic execution
* Train and support distributors to drive product adoption and conversion
* Lead pricing negotiations and manage contractual agreements
* Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities across the region
* Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, supply chain, and commercial operations
* Regularly update CRM (Salesforce) and contribute to demand planning
What You Bring
* 5+ years in B2B sales with proven distributor management experience
* Solid background in adjacent care sectors (dental, veterinary, aged care, etc.)
* Experience within PPE is advantageous
* Strong commercial acumen and a customer-first mindset
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and project leadership skills
* Self-starter with an entrepreneurial approach and high accountability
* Fluent in English; willing to travel up to 60% across the region
