Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Scaffolder to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe assembly, maintenance, and dismantling of scaffolding structures across various job sites. This role requires strict adherence to health and safety standards, strong practical skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
* Assemble, alter, and dismantle scaffolding structures in accordance with project specifications and safety regulations.
* Carry out regular inspections to ensure scaffolding is stable, secure, and fit for use.
* Make adjustments and repairs as required to maintain structural integrity.
* Operate hand tools and power tools for scaffold assembly and dismantling.
* Maintain a clean, organised, and hazard-free work area at all times.
* Follow all site-specific and industry health & safety guidelines to minimise risks.
* Support colleagues and contribute to the timely completion of projects.
Requirements
* Proven experience working as a Scaffolder.
* Valid scaffolding tickets (Part 1, Part 2, or Advanced CISRS).
* Strong knowledge of scaffolding systems and construction safety regulations.
* Proficiency with relevant hand tools and power tools.
* Comfortable and competent working at heights.
* Good teamwork and communication skills.
* Physically fit with the stamina to undertake manual labour for extended periods.
