The Role
As an Enabling Support Worker, your role involves providing support and encouragement, following the guidance of the person supported and their person-centered support plan.
You will maintain accurate records as required, and may be asked to administer personal care and medication.
There will be a requirement to cover sleep-in sessions, for which you will receive an additional £60 per sleep-in.
The home, located on the outskirts of Harlow, Essex, offers person-centered, responsive, residential care for ten adults with profound physical and intellectual disabilities, including quadriplegia and Down’s Syndrome.
The facility comprises two spacious, adjoining bungalows, with amenities such as a sensory garden and sensory room. It provides a modern, accessible, and welcoming environment with 24/7 support.
