In connection with business expansion, Intellias is strengthening its delivery leadership capabilities. We are seeking a seasoned executive for the position of VP Delivery in Digital Business (Head of Delivery Segment). This VP will strategically oversee operations of over 700 people, focusing on scaling the business. The primary responsibility is to shape the delivery strategy within their areas of responsibility and contribute to the overall company strategy. The role's objectives align with top-level company goals and the growth of the Delivery Segment.

The role involves working closely with the Leadership Team to develop delivery strategies, supervising a large engineering organization, managing performance and finances, contributing to sales and presales activities, and fostering account growth. The VP will report directly to the Chief Delivery Officer.

Responsibilities:

Lead Delivery Organization:

* Lead a team of directors to deliver high-quality services to clients.
* Develop and implement best practices and processes to improve efficiency and quality.
* Explore and adopt new technologies to foster innovation and efficiency.
* Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within delivery teams.

Be a trusted partner for key clients and support business development:

* Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and develop tailored solutions.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships for smooth project delivery and success.
* Participate in top-priority pre-sales activities, guiding and supporting the team.
* Work closely with sales and marketing to develop and execute segment strategies.

Stay at the forefront of technology innovation:

* Identify and evaluate emerging technologies applicable to our solutions.
* Develop and implement an innovation strategy aligned with business goals.
* Keep abreast of the latest software engineering trends and technologies.

Requirements:

* Over 10 years of experience in Software Engineering and Outsourcing, within a well-established company (3000+ employees).
* Proven experience managing an engineering organization of 700+ personnel with successful results.
* Strong program and portfolio management skills, with Agile expertise.
* Deep knowledge of modern software engineering practices, with experience as a solution architect preferred.
* Understanding of Digital business and its IT landscape and trends.
* Visionary leadership with entrepreneurial and management skills.
* Extensive experience in strategic planning and execution.
* Proactive, assertive, and committed to achieving goals.
* Thorough understanding of large IT outsourcing organizational structures, governance, processes, and finances.
* Experience with business development and presales management.
* Financial management skills, including P&L responsibility for large service organizations.
* MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or related fields; an MBA or similar is a plus.
* Fluent in written and spoken English.
