Commercial Manager - Transmission & Renewables Location: South West Wales Approach Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced Commercial Manager to support a growing portfolio of Transmission & Renewables projects across South Wales and the South West. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong commercial background within utilities, infrastructure, or energy projects who enjoys managing multiple projects while leading and developing high-performing teams. The successful candidate will oversee the commercial function across tenders and live projects, working closely with operational teams to drive performance, manage risk, and ensure successful project delivery across transmission and substation works. The role will be based between the main head office and regional site visits across South Wales and the South West.
