Overview
HOV Training is continuing to grow, and we are looking for an organised, proactive, and personable Training Administrator / Coordinator to join our team.
With training centres in Abergavenny and Blackwood, we are one of Wales' largest commercial training providers offering courses to the transport, logistics, industrial and construction sectors.
This is a key support role within the business, helping to coordinate and administer a wide range of accredited training courses while ensuring a smooth experience for our instructors, candidates, and clients.
The Role
You will play a central part in the day-to-day running of the training centre, supporting course planning, candidate administration, and client communication. The role suits someone who is highly organised, enjoys working in a busy environment, and takes pride in accuracy and professionalism.
Typical duties will include:
* Coordinating course bookings and schedules
* Managing candidate records and training documentation
* Preparing course paperwork and joining instructions
* Liaising with instructors regarding course logistics
* Handling enquiries via phone and email
* Maintaining accurate internal systems and databases
* Supporting awarding body and compliance requirements
* General office and administrative duties
The role is Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 4.30pm. Regular overtime is also available.

Travel & Flexibility
This role is split between our Blackwood and Abergavenny training centres, therefore:
* Regular travel between sites will be required
* A full UK driving licence is essential
* Applicants must have access to their own vehicle
Previous administrative experience is preferred.
Experience within the training, education, or skills sector would be highly advantageous, although we are equally interested in strong administrators from other backgrounds who are keen to learn.
