Duration: Approx. 2 Years (Maintenance Crew)
Working Hours: 7.00am – 6.00pm, Monday to Friday
Pay Rate: £21.02 per hour (PAYE)
Overview:
Corrie Recruitment are recruiting a Ganger to supervise a small maintenance squad on a major infrastructure project near Crimond, Peterhead.
This temporary role is a long-term opportunity offering consistent work over a 2-year duration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervising site operatives and daily maintenance works
• Coordinating tasks and ensuring works are completed safely
• Liaising with site management on progress and issues
• Supporting hands-on civils and maintenance duties as required
Requirements:
• Valid CSCS Card (Requirement)
• Previous experience in a Ganger or supervisory role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Full PPE and own transport
Package Includes:
• £21.02 per hour (PAYE)
• Long-term maintenance role (approx. 2 years)
• Stable working hours
