About the role
As the Logistics Supervisor, you will be a key part of the leadership team, ensuring excellence in quality and service for the North Yorkshire Integrated Equipment service on behalf of local NHS providers and North Yorkshire Council Social Care.
You will oversee a team of 19 technical staff, ensuring effective service delivery.
Your responsibilities include:
1. Delivering Key Performance & Quality Indicators
2. Planning daily and weekly workloads
3. Collaborating with Service & Warehouse Leadership on workload planning
4. Implementing improvements
5. Managing debrief processes
6. Reviewing quality performance and leading projects for better outcomes
7. Recruiting and onboarding new team members
8. Ensuring ongoing training for team members
9. Supporting contract management and delivering patient-focused service
