The Practice
5. Mid-sized practice with a diverse and complex patient demographic
6. Highly supportive Partnership with long tenure and minimal turnover
7. GP Training Practice hosting registrars, medical and nursing students
8. Strong MDT including ANPs, pharmacists, HCAs and specialist nurses
9. High QOF achievement and well-organised systems with heavy automation
10. Total triage model with efficient workflow and low admin burden
11. Purpose-built health centre with on-site parking
12. Collaborative PCN relationships and strong external engagement
Your role
13. Salaried GP, 4–6 sessions
14. List-holding role with structured, supported onboarding
15. 15-minute appointments, mixture of face-to-face and telephone
16. Circa 14 patients per session
17. Dedicated admin session once fully established
18. Shared home visiting rota (low volume)
19. No traditional duty doctor model – evenly distributed workload
20. Opportunity to develop specialist interests (e.g. frailty, men’s health)
21. Strong support for newly qualified GPs and career development
22. You must be qualified as a General Practitioner and registered with the GMC and UK Performers List
Salary and Benefits
23. £12,000 – £14,500 per session (DOE)
24. 6 weeks annual leave + 1 week study leave + birthday off
