Overview
We’re currently recruiting for Full time Bookmakers Clerks in the Dromore Co. Tyrone and Irvinestown Area. This is an entry level position and training will be provided to ensure confidence in all aspects of independently running a successful betting shop.
Responsibilities
* Processing bets and assisting with customer queries
* Working as part of a team to assist the day to day running of the shop
* Building relationships with customers and delivering excellent customer service
* Maintaining high shop standards
Hours
Our shop hours are Monday-Sunday, 9am-9pm and contracted hours will be allocated on a weekly rota basis.
The Organisation
Toals is a family-run business, established in 1932 in Ballymena. There are 50+ shops across Northern Ireland and we offer a telephone betting service, available 7 days a week. We maintain our relationship with the local community by sponsoring the Co. Antrim FA.
Requirements
Essential
* GCSE Maths and English at grade C or above (or equivalent)
* Previous cash handling experience OR experience providing excellent customer care
* Full UK clean driving license
* Willingness to learn and develop in the role
Desirable
* Demonstrable IT skills
* 5 GCSEs at grade C or above (or equivalent)
