We are looking to attract people to join Plus X Innovation from a wide variety of backgrounds who can add their unique experience and perspective and help us deliver on our ambitious goals.

Location: Brighton Hub
Travel: Expected

Reporting to Head of Locations

We're looking for a passionate and organised programme manager to design, deliver high-impact innovation programmes across:

- Core Plus X Innovation community programmes and business support
- Publicly funded innovation ecosystem programmes
- Corporate innovation projects

As a key member of the team at Plus X Innovation Brighton, you'll take ownership of individual programmes, working collaboratively to ensure dynamic, high-quality projects that attract & retain members in our Brighton hub, and deliver value to corporate clients.

Requirements

Qualifications and Skills
* Experience managing innovation and start-up programmes
* Experience of working with corporate firms on innovation projects
* Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently
* Ability to work with and engage various levels of stakeholders
* Ability to think creatively and use initiative to get the job done
* Ability to be flexible and reprioritise in a fast-paced environment
* Experience using Microsoft 356 (including Teams and SharePoint)
* Experience using a CRM system to manage and progress leads
* Excellent organisation skills
* Excellent customer service skills
* Previous experience working in a co-working space or an innovation hub would be ideal
* Ambition to continually learn, develop and progress
