Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver outstanding support via phone, email, and ticket-based systems to clients.
2. Install, configure, and maintain SQL and software applications.
3. Diagnose and troubleshoot software issues, ensuring swift resolutions.
4. Provide remote training to enhance clients' understanding of our solutions.
5. Maintain detailed documentation of installation procedures and troubleshooting guides.
6. Monitor and implement software updates, patches, and security fixes.
7. Collaborate with IT teams to optimize software performance and integration.
8. Educate clients on software best practices and updates.
What We're Looking For
1. A positive, resilient technician with strong communication skills.
2. Proven ability to learn and work with technical systems.
3. Experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
