You're responsible for supporting the investigation and resolution of data breach incidents and ensuring data protection complaints are handled professionally, including drafting responses. You maintain up-to-date policy documents to support compliance and complete monthly reports to highlight risks. You'll lead ongoing improvement plans around training and awareness, stay informed of industry updates from bodies like the ICO, and ensure the business is prepared for legislative changes such as the e-privacy directive.
