Paralegal/Team Assistant - Solicitors - Cambridge - £25000 to £27000 depending on experience. Hello Recruitment is pleased to be recruiting a Paralegal/Team Assistant for a well respected firm of Solicitors based in Cambridge. The client is looking for talented, friendly and enthusiastic individuals to join their firm. specifically, a Paralegal/Team Assistant based in our Cambridge office, working within our Private Client Team. If you have previous experience working as a Paralegal and are looking to strengthen your knowledge and experience further, this role could be exactly what you’re looking for. What will your responsibilities be? • Working alongside the team to provide support with client work * Proactively managing your own caseload of client matters * Meeting and greeting clients and handling telephone discussions * Taking new enquiries from prospective clients * Dealing with the financial management and administration aspects of client matters * Keeping fee earners up to date on the progress of tasks * Managing diaries and inboxes * Managing electronic documents sent to and from external parties * Collaborating with the team and wider departments * Participating in the firm's networking initiatives Does your previous experience include: * Experience working within an Private Client department * A good understanding of the Solicitors Accounts Rules * Advanced IT skills including Microsoft Office Do you have the following personal skills? • Excellent attention to detail, organisational and communication skills * Great time management skills * Self-motivated, outgoing and proactive * Calm under pressure The salary on offer is between £25000 and £27000 depending on experience plus excellent company benefits
