Role Summary
Our Delivery Managers oversee the successful delivery of projects within accounts, driving growth as part of a cross-functional team. Key responsibilities include:
1. Managing outcomes and delivery in the Financial Services sector across multiple technologies.
2. Delivering applications, services, products, or platforms.
3. Ensuring governance, standards, and quality metrics are maintained throughout project delivery.
4. Managing delivery teams within multi-supplier engagements.
5. Supporting presales and business development, including drafting Statements of Work and bid responses.
6. Motivating teams to foster an inclusive, positive culture aligned with Version 1 values.
Qualifications
* Proven success in managing technology projects within Financial Services.
* Experience leading delivery teams in multi-supplier environments.
* Strong understanding of technology solutions, challenges, and opportunities.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and commercial skills.
* Experience in client partnership building and business development.
* Background in presales and team building.
