Site Administrator – Fixed Term – New Cumnock
Location: New Cumnock
Contract Length: 12 months
Starting: ASAP
Pay: up to £26,000
Expected Hours: 40 per week
We are hiring for a reputable construction company for a 12-month fixed term contract as a Site Administrator role on a large civil engineering project in South East Ayrshire. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in the construction industry!
Key Responsibilities
* Meet and greet visitors on site
* Sign visitors into the office and escort them to designated meeting rooms
* Set up meetings and manage scheduling
* Handle site deliveries and ensure proper documentation
* Collate and manually upload site timesheets from workers to an online platform
* Work with COINS software (training provided)
Requirements
* Previous experience as an Administrator in a construction setting is beneficial, but not essential
* Own transport is necessary as the site is not accessible by public transport
* Site hours: 8am – 5pm (with a lunch break)
