Pinnacle Group is seeking an experienced Caretaking Supervisor to oversee the maintenance, security, and health & safety compliance of our buildings and facilities.
You will be part of our Facilities Management team based at Penwood School in Slough. Your duties include routine maintenance, managing repairs, enforcing security protocols, and maintaining cleanliness and orderliness. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent problem-solving skills. The role involves working Monday to Friday, with various shifts between 6AM and 6PM, totaling 30 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage all services within the school according to contract SLAs, ensuring smooth operations.
* Conduct regular inspections to ensure reactive maintenance is logged and addressed.
* Familiarize yourself with all plant within the school and understand the workings of the BMS system.
* Manage staff and workload appropriately, including performance management and basic training.
* Ensure staff understand the proper use of substances and maintain the COSHH register.
Minimum Requirements:
* General handyperson skills, including minor plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work.
* A friendly and approachable personality.
* Ability to liaise with external service providers.
* Ability to work effectively within a team.
