The role of a Senior Learning Designer is pivotal in shaping the future of our learning and development programs. As part of our Audit Stream team, you will be responsible for designing and developing programmatic content that meets the needs of our business. This requires leveraging the latest learning design theory, tools, and technology to ensure delivery excellence.
Your key responsibilities will include supporting the design and development of programmatic content, developing and maintaining relevant business relationships, responsible for the design, curation, and creation of content for the Audit curriculum, coaching wider L&D team members, working closely with Lead Authors and Design Secondees on the development of content, and bringing the latest thinking and innovation to the business.
To succeed in this role, you will need a background in programme development, content design, or similar. You should be able to adapt in-person face-to-face learning to a digital environment, ensuring content remains targeted, relevant, and engaging. Additionally, you will require an understanding and/or experience of video production (filming and editing) using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar, as well as experience creating engaging eLearning content using Articulate Storyline and Rise.
