Job Description
3. Assist with the preparation and maintenance of financial records and reports.
4. Process invoices and ensure accurate coding and approvals.
5. Reconcile bank accounts and investigate discrepancies where necessary.
6. Support payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
7. Monitor accounts receivable and assist with credit control processes.
8. Provide administrative support to the accounting and finance team as needed.
9. Contribute to month-end and year-end financial close procedures.
10. Respond to internal and external financial queries promptly and professionally.
The Successful Applicant
11. AAT or similar
12. Knowkedge of AP and AR accounting processes
13. Excel and accounting software
