Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Site Manager, located in Blyth. The Construction Site Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the construction site, ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget. Responsibilities include managing site staff, coordinating with subcontractors, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and keeping detailed records of site activities. Effective planning and cost control are key aspects of the role as well as high health and safety standards. Qualifications Skills in Site Management and Construction Site Management Experience with Planning, Cost Control, and Budgeting Strong organisational and leadership abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines Relevant educational background in construction management or related field is a plus Experience in project management is beneficial
