Job Description
We seek a highly organized Administrative Assistant to support our Group ESG and HR teams. The role involves structured administrative tasks, data handling, and documentation. ESG support will be provided with on-the-job training, and the role is primarily administrative in nature.
Key Responsibilities
* Support ESG team with scheduling, agendas, and minutes.
* Assist with ESG data collection, entry, and organization.
* Maintain ESG documentation and platforms.
* Prepare ESG reports and stakeholder responses.
* Coordinate internal ESG communications.
* Collaborate with HR, Facilities, Procurement for information gathering.
* Provide administrative support to HR as needed.
Qualifications
* Strong organizational skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office.
* Good communication skills.
* Comfort with data and spreadsheets.
* Interest in ESG or sustainability is a plus.
Experience
* Previous admin or office support experience.
* Experience in a corporate/multi-stakeholder environment is desirable.

* Reliable, detail-oriented, and conscientious.
* Confidential and structured workflow comfort.
* Willingness to learn ESG activities.
Other
* Flexibility to travel and hold a UK driving license if applicable.
* Willingness to undergo a Criminal Disclosure check.
