Key Responsibilities
* Oversee day-to-day office operations to maintain an organised and efficient workspace
* Handle incoming calls and correspondence with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
* Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date records
* Prepare reports and documents using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
* Manage team schedules, appointments, and meetings
* Maintain electronic and paper-based filing systems for easy information retrieval
* Process invoices and support basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks
* Provide clerical support including typing, photocopying, and scanning
* Collaborate with team members to improve office procedures and enhance productivity
Required Skills and Qualifications
