About the Workshop Controller role As a Workshop Controller, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our workshop, maintaining high levels of productivity and delivering the exceptional standards expected from a prestige automotive retailer. You’ll coordinate daily workshop activity, support and motivate technicians and ensure all repairs and servicing work is completed efficiently, safely and to the highest standards.
