This opportunity is available as either a full-time salaried role or through a Level 2 apprenticeship route, we are flexible.
We are offering an excellent opportunity for a friendly, organised individual to join our team as Front of House, gaining hands-on experience and if considering the apprenticeship route, working towards a Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner qualification.
As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, you will help maintain a professional, welcoming office environment while supporting key administrative functions including stock control, post handling, board room coordination and recruitment enquiries.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing stock and distribution of uniforms, PPE and office supplies
* Greeting visitors and responding to phone/email queries
* Supporting boardroom bookings and preparations
* Assisting with DBS updates and general office admin
* Monitoring shared inboxes and supporting staff with day-to-day queries
What we are looking for:
* Friendly and professional with excellent communication skills
* Organised, eager to learn, reliable and confident in managing multiple tasks
* Comfortable using IT systems and learning new software
* Prepared to undertake a 12-month apprenticeship (if undertaking the apprenticeship route)
