We’re looking for an All-Star Dispatch Manager to join our team—someone who’s a dispatching pro, thrives in a fast-paced service environment, and wants to be part of a company that actually cares.
What the Best Do
As our Dispatch Manager, you're the quarterback of our operations—directing field technicians, supporting customers, and ensuring every day runs like a well-oiled machine. Your mission is to deliver operational excellence while creating raving fans out of every customer.
You will:
Own the dispatch board and technician schedule for maximum efficiency and profitability
Ensure the right tech goes to the right job—matching skill with customer need
Support the customer experience by answering overflow calls and booking leads
Jump in on over-the-phone estimates and assist with the sales process when needed
Resolve escalated customer concerns with professionalism and empathy
Oversee key operational functions like A/R, financing, and field support coordination
Drive daily communication with techs to keep jobs on time, quality high, and morale strong
What It Takes to Be the Best
You’ve got the experience, leadership, and service mindset to lead from the front. You don’t just keep the board filled—you lead with strategy, calm under pressure, and a passion for getting it right.
Must-Haves:
* 1+ years of residential plumbing or HVAC dispatching experience
* 1+ years of industry knowledge in residential plumbing or HVAC service
* 1+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceTitan
* Management or team leadership experience
* Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
* Customer service is in your DNA
Bonus Points For:
* Knowledge of A/R processes or financing
* Previous experience supporting in-field operations
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
