About the Role
We’re looking for a technically skilled and customer-focused Field Service Engineer to support our cutting-edge DVS (Dynamic Vapor Sorption) systems across UK and parts of Europe.
What You'll Do
* Install, maintain, and service advanced scientific instruments at customer sites
* Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and ensure uptime and customer satisfaction
* Build strong relationships with users, offering training and support
* Collaborate with the sales team and provide technical insight when needed
* Document service activities and track performance
What We’re Looking For
* Background in electronics, engineering, or a related scientific field
* Experience with instrument servicing (mechanical, electronic, or electromechanical)
* Great communicator, self-starter, and comfortable with regular travel
* Valid driver’s license required
