From first steps to first words, you’ll lead a team that creates meaningful experiences for babies during their earliest stages of development. As Nursery Room Leader, you’ll guide practice on the floor, support your team, and ensure every child receives attentive, high-quality care. Before You Apply A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification is required. You must have experience leading or deputising within a nursery room. This role is not suitable for practitioners without senior room responsibility.
