We are looking for a HR Operations Partner to join our Amulet security division, providing support to the operational management team across the business.
Reporting into the HR Business Partner, you'll have the opportunity to build upon your ER and wider HR experience, progress your career, and gain extensive experience within a fast-paced commercial environment.
As an HR Operations Partner, you'll be:
* Acting as the contact for the Operational Managers in the business unit, proactively supporting the delivery of HR processes
* Providing comprehensive advice on Employee Relations matters, including legislation, policies, and processes
* Supporting the delivery of the wider HR strategy from an HR operations perspective
* Advising, mentoring, and supporting operational managers, addressing skills gaps, and enabling mentoring opportunities
* Acting as a driver of performance improvement, supporting the implementation of succession plans to foster positive change within the business unit
As an HR Operations Partner, you'll have:
* Experience within a multisite business, with strong commercial awareness
* Generalist and/or operational HR experience gained within a fast-moving, commercial organization
* Excellent understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation
* Ability to travel to regional sites when required
* CIPD Level 5 minimum or working towards it
