Role Overview:
We’re hiring a Talent & Hiring Manager to help us grow our internal team quickly and effectively. You’ll be responsible for sourcing, assessing, and hiring top talent across departments. This role is based out of our Manchester office and requires someone with a sharp eye for quality and a strong background in e-commerce or social-media-driven brands.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the end-to-end hiring process, from sourcing to onboarding.
* Conduct interviews and assess candidates for both skill and culture fit.
* Partner with founders and department heads to define hiring needs and priorities.
* Build pipelines for key roles across performance marketing, content, creative, operations, and more.
* Move fast while maintaining high hiring standards.
* Help shape and maintain our culture as we scale.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in talent acquisition or hiring for an e-commerce or social media–led brand.
* Strong understanding of key roles in growth, creative, content, and operations.
* Confident interviewer with excellent judgement and communication skills.
* Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
