The Role – SEN Teaching Assistant
* Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with SEN.
* Assist the class teacher with lesson planning, classroom management, and tailored learning activities.
* Use visual aids, PECS, Makaton, or other communication tools (training provided if needed).
* Help students develop their social, emotional and independence skills.
* Monitor student progress and provide feedback to the SENCO and teachers.
