Syscomm is entering a new phase of growth and we're looking for a proactive Marketing Executive to help us build the engine that will power it.
This role is focused on implementation and delivery. You'll work alongside our growth strategy and help guide and build processes into measurable marketing activity
building funnels, managing campaigns, creating content, and ensuring processes run smoothly.
Our Head of Growth will foresee the strategy and campaigns that Syscomm will run and you'll be tasked with implementation, tracking performance against KPIs and reporting back on the success of each campaign.

Syscomm are a Managed IT Services Provider (MSP) delivering an extensive range of IT technology, networking and security services to customers across the UK, from our office base in Coventry.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management & Execution
Implement, manage, and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, paid, digital, social).
Own the campaign calendar, ensuring activities are delivered on time and aligned with business priorities.
Monitor campaign performance, reporting on leads generated, conversion rates, and ROI.
Funnel & Process Creation
Help to build and maintain marketing funnels to drive consistent MQL ? SQL conversion.
Set up lead scoring, nurturing workflows, and automation within CRM/marketing platforms.
Ensure consistent data capture and handover to sales.
Content & Brand Support
Create marketing assets (case studies, whitepapers, blogs, social content, event collateral).
Support thought-leadership initiatives by turning technical insights into clear, engaging material.
Audit & Maintain brand consistency across all channels and campaigns.
Market Research & Insights
Track competitor activity, industry trends, and campaign benchmarks.
Provide insights to shape future campaigns and optimise current activity.
Collaboration
Work closely with sales to ensure marketing activity aligns with lead-gen needs.
Support events, webinars, and workshops
from planning to promotion to follow-up.
Be the hands-on marketing partner for the Head of Growth, translating strategy into execution.
What We're Looking For
Marketing experience (in-house or agency or recent Graduate), ideally in B2B tech or services.
Strong understanding of digital channels (email marketing, Organic, SEO, social).
Experience with CRM/marketing automation tools (HubSpot or similar).
Strong copywriting and content creation skills, including video.
Comfortable with data
able to track, measure, and optimise campaigns.
Highly organised, proactive, and detail oriented.
Someone who thrives on growth and is willing to learn with the team.
