Role Description
This role will lead the development and enhancement of QRM for the wider group, including implementation of behavioural models. In addition, this role will be responsible for developing and maintaining financial models and analytics that support the wider Finance and Group strategy.
Key Responsibilities
* This role will lead a team of professionals that acts as a central support function for QRM and financial modelling across Finance, ensuring they are compliant with model governance requirements
* The role will also develop the use of analytical tools (e.g. Power BI) across the Finance function
Key Skills / Knowledge / Experience
* QRM model development
* Significant proven experience in a finance/treasury function and covering model development
* Strong experience of dealing with various internal customers and stakeholders at all levels
* Experience of using analytical tools to provide financial insight
* Ability to motivate a team in a demanding environment
* Focus on documentation of solutions, adhering to model governance requirements
