What does this team do?Our Transaction Services teams provide both due diligence and post deal advisory services across a range of areas (e.g.fIntegrations, separations, operations and technology) on transactions. This meansfyoufbe helping clients who are planning to buy, sell or take-over businesses with the execution of the deal. These are often large global deals with high profile clients.What skills and academic qualifications do I need?Youneed to have obtained or be studying towards a minimum 2:1 in any degree discipline and have graduated by September 2026 for the Autumn 2026 intake.What kind of work will I do?As a member of our Transaction Services team, you will help clients assess, execute or drive value from the deal through analysis, advice and reporting.fYoufwork on some of the largest and most complexfacquisitions and joint ventures in the UK.Gaining experience across all sorts of industries,fyoufcombine market-leading approaches with cutting-edge M&A technologies to deliver projects for highfprofile, often commercially sensitive deals. You will:Develop an understanding of the target business andfitfdrivers, interpreting information memoranda,fbusiness plans and publicly available information on the target business.fReview and evaluate important data projections and report on key issues identified.Participate in various marketing initiatives and practice development activities.This role is part of our three-year M&A rotation graduate scheme. You'll start in Transaction Services (your chome offering areaand gain valuable experience through two further rotations within different M&A offering areas. This structured approach allows you to build a comprehensive understanding of the M&A business as a whole, develop key skills, and network across the team. You'll return to your home offering area at the end of the programme.Where will I work?At Deloitte we recognise how important face-to-face interaction is for your development in a new role. If youclient-facing role, you might be expected to attend client sites on certain days, while your meetings will be a mix of online and in-person events.
