Main Responsibilities:
The role of Receptionist/Administrator includes but is not limited to:
* Welcome visitors to school.
* Answering the telephone and door entry system.
* Create and maintain pupils’ files, including filing of correspondence.
* Ordering packed lunches for school trips.
* Administer girls’ first aid and medication in the absence of the school nurse.
* After school care, holiday club and homework club registers.
* Sending communications to parents.
* Hospitality and catering, including replenishment of refreshment materials such as tea coffees, biscuits for in school events.
* Assisting with room bookings and room preparation.
* Preparing name labels, signing in sheets and all other administration for parents’ evenings
* Preparation of a weekly diary to be shared with parents.
* Photocopying and production event programmes (if reprographics support is unavailable).
* Production of certificates for Mini Speech Day.
* Any other administrative tasks required across the school.

They will have strong interpersonal skills as well as having the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast paced front office environment. They will have strong organisational skills, be proactive, have a can-do attitude along with having a flexible and adaptive approach to tackle challenges with a positive mindset.
Package Description:
The Receptionist/Administrator is a part time permanent job share role (Thursday, Friday, Monday Tuesday and Wednesday, off 5 days then back the following Thursday, Friday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday). The role would be on rotation with our current receptionist/administrator.
