We're recruiting a reliable and proactive Caretaker on behalf of a leading education provider This is a hands-on role within a busy estates team, supporting the day-to-day care, security, and operation of buildings and grounds.

Role Purpose
* Support the effective operation, safety, and appearance of all site buildings and grounds.
* Work as part of the estates team to deliver high-quality caretaking and maintenance services.
* Contribute to a positive, professional, and customer-focused environment.
Role Responsibilities
* Carry out outdoor maintenance, including grounds upkeep and general site appearance.
* Undertake day-to-day caretaking duties and general maintenance tasks across the site.
* Support the care, security, and operation of all buildings and facilities.
* Assist with the daily availability and readiness of the site.
* Support the Head of Estates with maintenance, development, and project planning.
* Manage goods-in and portering tasks, including deliveries, equipment movement, record keeping, and health and safety checks.
Essential Requirements
* Previous experience in estates, caretaking, or a related environment.
* Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain).
* Good practical DIY and maintenance knowledge.
* Trade experience desirable but not essential.
* Full rights to work in the UK.
