Overview
Senior Healthcare Assistant - Wrexham Care Home. Salary: £13.42/hr. We are currently looking to recruit for day shift workers and night shift workers for a care home in Wrexham. On the day shift you will be working 2.5 days per week (28 hours) and on the night shift it will be 3 nights per week (36 hours).

What You'll Do
* Provide high-quality personal care including bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility support
* Supervise and support junior care staff
* Contribute to care planning and ensure care is delivered to the highest standards
* Administer and record medications (following training and protocols)
* Monitor and report changes in residents' health and wellbeing
* Maintain clear communication with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
* Keep accurate and up-to-date care records
* Promote independence and dignity in all aspects of care
What We're Looking For
* Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (Level 3 preferred)
* Previous experience in a senior or supervisory care role
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Proof of right to work in the UK and National Insurance
* Ability to commit to 36 hours per week
* Own transport is essential due to limited public transport access
