Job Title: Pastry Chef – Luxury Private Members Club

This is an incredible opportunity to showcase your craft in a refined and forward-thinking kitchen, producing seasonal, artisanal desserts for a discerning clientele.
What You'll Be Doing:
1. Leading the pastry section with precision, creativity, and care
2. Designing and producing high-quality desserts, afternoon teas, and bakery items
3. Working closely with the Head Chef and Exec team to develop new seasonal offerings
4. Maintaining the highest levels of hygiene, presentation, and consistency
5. Training and inspiring junior chefs and kitchen assistants
What We’re Looking For:
6. Previous experience in a high-end or luxury kitchen (restaurant, hotel, or members club)
7. Passion for pastry and strong technical skills across classic and modern techniques
8. A calm, professional attitude and a genuine love for hospitality
9. A creative flair and an eye for elegant presentation
10. Strong understanding of kitchen operations, stock control, and compliance
