We are looking for an incredible Team Leader to join the Morphe team.
STORE LOCATION: Selfridges, Bullring, Birmingham
This role is permanent, full-time, on a shift pattern, any 5 days out of 7.
Born in 2008 among the artists and influencers of Los Angeles, Morphe instantly disrupted the beauty industry by making artist-designed, professional-quality brushes affordable and accessible. As the brand grew into eyeshadow, blush, bronzer, lip, and more, its fanbase of makeup lovers expanded.
Over the years, Morphe has continued to break boundaries through collaborations, launches, and a community of enthusiasts. Morphe exists to celebrate the inner artist in everyone, empowering both beginners and professionals with tools and products to express themselves.
The Team Leader provides exceptional customer service by creating a unique, inviting, entertaining, and educational shopping environment. They demonstrate artistry skills with clients, foster a positive team environment, and ensure operational tasks such as banking and security are managed. They may also act as Manager on Duty as needed.
* Deliver the full Morphe customer service experience, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Achieve personal goals and contribute positively to the team and store performance.
Service
* Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge, offering tailored service based on customer needs.
* Represent the Morphe brand professionally and positively.
* Support promotions, events, and launches to enhance customer experience.
* Continuously develop personal and team artistry skills.
* Participate in all required training and development activities.
* Stay informed about industry trends to improve service quality.
Leadership
* Contribute to a dynamic team environment, engaging with employees, customers, and influencers.
* Maintain professionalism and respect in all interactions.
* Fulfill Manager on Duty responsibilities, including banking, managing downtime, and maintaining store standards.
Operations
* Follow all company policies and report variances promptly.
* Ensure cash handling and security standards are met.
* Assist with visual displays, merchandising, and store replenishment.
* Support inventory management and other operational tasks.
* Use POS systems accurately and train staff accordingly.
* Adhere to safety procedures and personal appearance guidelines.
* Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications

* Cosmetic artistry experience is preferred.
