As a result, they are now looking to recruit an experienced Residential Property Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join their friendly and supportive team based in Weston-super-Mare.

The Role
You will manage your own varied residential conveyancing caseload while also playing a key role in supporting the wider department.
Key responsibilities will include:
1. Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and first registrations
