They are seeking an experienced and motivated Accounts Payable (AP) Team Leader to play a pivotal role in managing the end-to-end accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and reconciliations. What you’ll be doing: * Supervise and lead the Accounts Payable team * Oversee daily operations: invoice processing, payment runs, supplier queries, reconciliations * Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and relevant regulations * Monitor AP metrics, resolve issues, and implement process improvements * Support month-end close and provide reports to the Finance Manager * Liaise with procurement, vendors, and internal departments to resolve discrepancies * Assist with audits and year-end reporting as required What We’re Looking For: * Proven experience in an Accounts Payable role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership position * Strong knowledge of AP processes, systems, and controls * Excellent organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills * Strong interpersonal and communication abilities * A team player with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset * Accounting qualification (AAT, ACCA part-qualified, or equivalent) desirable What’s on offer * There is a huge number of benefits which can be made available upon request!
