About the role
Emmaus South Wales is looking for a Community Support Worker to join its support team.
The Community Support Worker role contributes to creating and enabling a safe, happy, and successful community through the provision of individual and collective support to our companions. You will ensure that high standards of housing management are maintained, and companions are supported to comply with the terms of their licence agreements as well as facilitating and enabling companion development and participation in the smooth running of our residential community in Bridgend, Nant Lais.
This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week: Monday – Friday between the hours of 8.30am – 4.30pm, however we actively welcome applications from candidates wishing to job share.

About Emmaus
Emmaus is a unique, secular organisation supporting people affected by homelessness and social exclusion. There are currently 29 Emmaus communities across the UK, stretching from Glasgow to Dover and Norfolk to South Wales. Collectively, the Emmaus Federation supports more than 1,000 people with experience of homelessness.
