We are looking for a Sales Advisor to join our team in Cornwall. This is a client-facing role, ideal for someone who is passionate about design, interiors and sustainable materials, with excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
The Role
As Sales Advisor, you will:
* Act as a first point of contact for clients, whether in our showroom or by phone.
* Respond to emails, calls and all enquiries promptly and professionally.
* Support architects, designers, contractors and homeowners in choosing the right finishes for their projects.
* Work with our samples team to coordinate and organise samples for clients
* Liaise with contractors to provide guidance on product suitability, technical details and lead times.
* Prepare quotations, process orders and manage sales records.
* Contribute to the development of all aspects of the business.
Skills & Experience
We are looking for someone who:
* Has experience in a sales or customer-facing role.
* Can communicate confidently with both design professionals and contractors
* Is highly organised, with strong attention to detail.
* Is proactive, personable and able to build strong client relationships.
* Has an interest in design, sustainability and creating beautiful spaces.
* A background in interior design/architecture, construction or building materials is essential.
