French Speaking Recruitment Consultant – Life Sciences Sector
1. Location: High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire (Hybrid – Minimum 2 days/week in office)
2. Languages: Fluent French & English required
3. Salary: £28,000 – £45,000 basic + uncapped commission (OTE £50,000+)

We are delighted to offer a fantastic opportunity for a French-speaking Recruitment Consultant to join a progressive and international recruitment agency specialising in the life sciences and medical industries.
You'll be working across French-speaking regions of Europe—including France, Switzerland, and the Benelux region—building relationships with leading organisations in the sector and matching them with top-tier scientific and medical talent.
About the Role
As a French-speaking Recruitment Consultant, your mission will be to understand the unique hiring needs of our clients in the life sciences space and deliver high-calibre candidates to meet those needs.
Key Responsibilities:
4. Manage a portfolio of clients in the life sciences and medical industries
5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
6. Work towards individual and team targets
7. Source and interview candidates via phone and in-person
8. Attend industry exhibitions, conferences, and client meetings
9. Provide support to colleagues and contribute to team success
About You
We are looking for someone who is driven, enthusiastic, and capable of building lasting relationships in a dynamic international environment.
Requirements:
10. Fluency in French and English (both written and spoken)
11. Degree educated – ideally in life sciences, medical sciences, or business
12. Recruitment or sales experience is preferred, but not essential (full training provided)
13. Positive, “can-do” attitude with a collaborative mindset
14. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
15. Familiarity or willingness to learn medical/life science terminology
Salary & Benefits
16. Base Salary: £28,000 (graduate entry) – £45,000 (experienced recruiters)
17. Uncapped commission – realistic OTE of £50,000+
18. Hybrid working: 2+ days per week in the High Wycombe office (50 mins from London)
19. 25 days holiday, increasing with service
