Responsibilities
* Managing day to day shop operations.
* Driving sales growth.
* Delivering outstanding customer service.
* Training, developing and motivating your team.
* Ensuring hygiene and food‑safety compliance.
* Taking responsibility for the shop in the absence of the Manager.
Qualifications
You will need to have a background in retail management and ideally have worked within a food environment, however this is not essential. You will have a strong work ethic and a hands‑on "can do" mentality.
Poundbakery is part of S&PB Retail Ltd with over 90 shops across the Northwest, North Wales, and Yorkshire and Midlands areas, with plans to expand further!

We are now looking for a Shop Supervisor to join our team and work in our The Cross Poundbakery shop in Chester.
