Contract: Full time – January 2026 start Salary: £95 - £105 per day What You’ll Be Doing : Supporting students with EHCPs (Education, Health and Care Plans) to access learning and thrive Using scaffolding techniques to break down learning into manageable, confidence-boosting steps Championing inclusive practices that celebrate every learner’s unique strengths Building strong, positive communication with students, staff, and parents Creating a safe, engaging, and supportive classroom environment where everyone feels seen and heard What We’re Looking For: Experience working with children or young people (bonus points if it’s in a school setting!)
