About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join our growing team. The successful candidate will handle a broad range of commercial property matters and will be responsible for progressing 12–16 files per month. Key Responsibilities
· Manage a caseload of commercial property matters from instruction to completion.
· Advise clients on acquisitions, disposals, leases, and refinancing.
· Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, and other property documents.
· Maintain excellent client care, ensuring professional and efficient service delivery.
· Work closely with colleagues across the firm to support business development and growth.
· Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements.
Requirements
· Qualified Solicitor (2+ PQE in Commercial Property preferred).
· Demonstrable experience in handling a variety of commercial property transactions.
· Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail.
· Excellent organisational and time management skills to meet monthly file targets.
· Client-focused with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
