About the role:
Location: Various locations across Hampshire
Salary: Competitive, based on experience and qualifications
* Leadership: Manage and mentor nursery staff, fostering a positive and collaborative team culture.
* Curriculum Oversight: Ensure the delivery of a high-quality, engaging, and inclusive early years curriculum in line with the EYFS framework.
* Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, including health and safety compliance, budgeting, and resource management.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and the wider community to support children's development.
Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
At least 2 years of experience in a nursery management role.
Comprehensive knowledge of the EYFS framework and Ofsted standards.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
