Ready to be at the heart of transformation? We’re looking for an experienced, inquisitive, and proactive Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic Content Supply & Technology team.
This team is driving ITV’s strategic vision, and you'll play a crucial, hands‑on role in shaping the content supply chain of the future.
The Opportunity
You'll be diving deep into the business processes of ITV’s Media & Entertainment (M&E) division, focusing on the content supply chain. Your mission will be to research, understand, and document (to BPMN Level 3) our 'as‑is' processes, and then help transform them into future‑state solutions that deliver key business goals and real operational outcomes.
You'll be collaborating across the board with Product, Design, Engineering, QA, Delivery, Change, and vital business stakeholders to make it all happen.
What You'll Be Doing (Your Responsibilities)
Mapping the Future: Lead process modelling to map complex content supply chain processes at multiple levels, aligning them to our future solutions.
Driving Transformation: Apply domain modelling to clearly identify the key concepts and relationships essential for robust solution design.
Defining Requirements: Create impactful user stories, eliciting, analysing, defining, validating, and prioritising the business needs, logic, and constraints for our architecture and engineering teams.
Proving the Value: Support benefits analysis and realisation, helping to quantify expected business outcomes and validate the impact of our work post‑delivery.
Understanding the Journey: Document how ITV’s content supply chain operates today and identify how it needs to evolve to meet strategic needs.
We're Looking For Someone Who Brings
* 6+ years in a Business Analysis role with demonstrable experience applying BA techniques to broad, complex projects/products.
* A solid understanding of the media industry, specifically the content supply chain.
* Familiarity with agile principles and a track record of working effectively in cross‑functional product development teams.
* Strong capability in business, process, and data analysis, with expertise in Business Process Modelling (BPMN diagrams), Domain Modelling, User Story creation, Benefits Analysis & Realisation, and Vendor Evaluation.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the confidence to effectively frame and communicate opportunities and respectfully challenge prevailing assumptions.
* High attention to detail, ensuring thoroughness and accuracy in all deliverables.
