CareerMakers Recruitment is on the hunt for a talented cook to take the lead in a catering van for our fantastic and growing client based in Shipley, BD17.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Preparing, cooking, and serving delicious, fresh meals for staff each day
* Handling daily prep such as washing, chopping, marinating, and batch cooking
* Keeping food consistent, well-presented, and perfectly portioned
* Bringing your creativity by suggesting and developing menu ideas that support health, wellbeing, and morale
* Tweaking menus based on feedback, seasons, and what works best
* Serving food with a warm, welcoming attitude
* Making premium barista-style drinks (training provided if needed ☕)
* Being the friendly face of the company’s onsite food experience
Keeping Things Running Smoothly
* Following food safety, hygiene, and allergen procedures
* Completing temperature logs, cleaning schedules, and safety checks
* Handling POS or cash transactions where needed
* Managing stock and inventory
* Keeping the Airstream catering van spotless inside and out
* Ensuring compliance with Environmental Health and internal standards
Working Hours
* Monday – Friday
* 8:00am – 3:00pm

Pay
* £30,000 per year
