About the Role
As Business Development Manager (Large Format Print), you'll play a key role in driving growth, identifying opportunities, developing new business, and nurturing strong client relationships.
You'll be supported by a dedicated marketing and lead generation team, enabling you to focus your energy on what you do best: building relationships and winning work.
Key Responsibilities:
5. Develop new business across Large Format Print, Environmental Graphics, and Visual Communications markets
6. Build long-term relationships with clients in sectors including Retail, Workplace, Visitor Attractions, Construction, Events, and Property Development
7. Work closely with the Sales Director and internal teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences
8. Contribute to sales strategy and long-term growth plans
9. Progress your career — with a clear path towards Sales Management or Sales Director level for high performers
Reporting to: Sales Director
First-year sales target: c.£500K (depending on experience and package)
About You
To succeed in this role, you'll bring:
10. A proven track record in business development and account management within Large Format Digital Print, Environmental Graphics, or Visual Communications
11. Experience selling into one or more of the following: Retail, Corporate / Workplace, Visitor Attractions, Events, Construction / Fit-Out, Architects & Designers, or Property Developers
12. Strong communication and relationship-building skills
13. A proactive, self-motivated approach and genuine passion for creative print and graphics
14. A full UK driving license and right to work in the UK
Rewards & Benefits
15. Salary: £50,000 – £65,000 (negotiable DOE)
16. Commission: Attractive, uncapped
17. Car / Allowance: EV or Hybrid / £500 per month
